The plan can be easily availed by paying an annual membership fee. One is issued a membership card. When one wants to avail the services, one may talk to his representative who directs him to a doctor, who in turn prescribes you the necessary diagnostic tests.

One can also avail tax exemption under section 80D of Income Tax act, by availing this.

  1. Preventive health care plan takes care of you, and also saves money for the insurance agency. Small checkups and procedures are of smaller cost to insurance agencies than bigger ones that happen for chronic health conditions that have just been detected.
    It makes good financial sense to get one of these plans, but does it cover emergencies or do you have to get another insurance plan for that?
