This is such an awesome initiative. Kudos to the writer who took pains to compile the list and kudos to the ombudsman who are not shying away anymore from giving their details to the public. Such initiatives will tend to increase the transparency in the sector and will also help the common man to reach out to the concerned authority. This is the first step towards developing a more structured approach in the industry. Such initiatives should be taken by more agencies and industries and create a inclusive progress
