What is Amortising Loan?

Amortising Loan is a type of Bank loan where the amount of loan borrowed (principal) is paid down gradually over the period of loan as per an Amortisation schedule usually divided into equal payments.

Each payment will be including a part of interest and a part of the principal.  

Almost all Mortgage loans are Amortised, like housing loans, car loans etc.
